Delivery Times

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, delivery is generally completed within an estimated timeframe of 6 to 12 business days .

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on several factors, including stock availability, delivery destination, and any logistical constraints. Delivery dates provided during order completion are indicative only, based on your delivery location, and cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the influx of orders related to our current sales, there will be a slight delay in shipping. Rest assured, all orders are shipped within 48-72 hours.

Delivery Delays

Unreceived or damaged parcels

If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, we recommend checking your package tracking and contacting our customer service if necessary. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the product and packaging, so we can offer you a suitable solution.
