General terms and conditions of sale
By placing an order on the site, the Customer unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of hair products and other items offered by BELLATICA to the Customer.
2. The products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the website www.bellatica.us on the day of the Customer's request. BELLATICA strives to provide accurate product information, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors in the descriptions or photographs.
3. Product prices
Product prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable VAT. BELLATICA reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Order
To place an order, the Customer must:
Select the products on the site and add them to your cart.
Validate the cart after verifying the data.
Create an account or log in.
Proceed with the payment using the options provided on the site.
BELLATICA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of a prior dispute with the Client.
5. Payment
Orders are paid for by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. If payment is refused by the bank, the order will be cancelled.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. BELLATICA undertakes to ship the products within the indicated timeframe, but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering and are added to the total amount payable. The Customer must check the condition of the products upon receipt and report any anomalies within 48 hours.
7. Returns and cancellations
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with current legislation (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), body shapers are sealed items that cannot be returned if they have been opened, tried on, or worn .
Only items in their original, intact packaging , unworn , and unsealed are eligible for a return or exchange.
We invite you to carefully consult our size guide before making any purchase. Our customer service is available to assist you in choosing the most suitable model.
If the products are returned in good condition, BELLATICA will refund the Customer within 30 days of receiving the returned products.
The return of an order is done via Mondial Relay at the customer's expense, the details of which will be provided in the contact email as soon as the request is made by the customer.
8. Warranty
All products sold by BELLATICA are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in France.
9. Responsibility
BELLATICA is not liable for indirect damages that may result from the purchase of the products. BELLATICA's liability under these General Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount of the order placed by the customer.
10. Protection of personal data
BELLATICA is committed to protecting the Client's personal data in accordance with the federal law on the protection of personal data.
