Additional Insurance Conditions for the Transport of Goods

1. Purpose of the Additional Insurance The additional insurance offered covers damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the transport of items purchased on our site. This insurance supplements the basic coverage included in our standard delivery services.

2. Subscription and Cost Additional insurance is optional and can be purchased when finalizing your order. The cost of this insurance varies depending on the value of the item and is clearly indicated before payment validation.

3. Scope of Coverage The insurance covers:

  • Physical damage caused to the product during transport.

  • The total or partial loss of the item.

  • Theft during delivery.

The following are not covered:

  • Delivery delays.

  • Damage caused by mishandling after receipt.

  • Items that are misdeclared or inadequately packaged by the buyer.

4. Claim Procedure In case of damage, loss or theft, the buyer must:

  • Report the incident within 48 hours of receiving or being notified of the loss.

  • Provide supporting documents (photos, purchase invoice, carrier report, etc.).

  • Please wait for the review of your application, which will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Compensation If the claim is validated, compensation will be made in the form of a refund or a replacement of the product, depending on availability and insured value.

6. Limitations and Responsibilities The company cannot be held responsible for indirect losses or consequential damages. Acceptance of these conditions constitutes an undertaking by the buyer to comply with the established procedures.

7. Modification and Termination We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modification will apply to new orders placed after the update of the terms and conditions on our website.
